Many coaches may have experience informing our team about reopening a report each month when you fail to complete the report in time. We found that this has become a recurring issue and the Working Policies section quoted below does not include clear details about the criteria of our consideration: 'In the case which coaches forgot to submit the class report, there is only one quota each month to reopen the access for completing the report'. Thus, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify and make some changes.
Regularly, the report will appear within 5-10 minutes after the class starts. Coaches can do the report within 24 hours and can revise it 48 hours after the class. If the coach does not make it within the specified time, the coach will not be paid for that class.
Normally, we can reopen the report to a coach for one class per month according to our quota in whatever circumstances the coach provides, but we do understand that in some situations, it may be out of control. Therefore, we have decided that we can open more than one report for you in case you face inevitable circumstances, which follows the conditions below.
*By considering it based on our decision, we may not be able to open all the reports you have missed.*
Although the quota has been stretched, please note that completing reports is one of the coach’s responsibilities and we want you to take this more seriously. It is an important assessment for students and the information is vital to the next coach for teaching continuation.
